Sports dance is a kind of sports conducted with musical rhythm.It has gradually entered the P.E courses in our country,and is greatly appealing to college students. The teaching effect can be improved by its proper,scientific and its aimed teaching methods.However,sports steps relatively later in China,it falls behind in teaching research comparing with other athletic programmers,so further research is needed. The reform and development of sports dance about teaching method must be on the basis of summarizing the reform experience of the past teaching method,find various factor that can play the optimum function of teaching,overcome the unfavorable factor to achieve the optional effect.On the basis of analyzing and summing up present teaching patterns,taking the new concept of current cultivation education into account,the essay puts forward a new teaching method-"interactive division".This teaching method is a new kind of method which based on "level-marked learning" and "cooperative learning",it overcomes the bad phenomena in past teaching process,such as make the teacher on teaching book on shills teaching part as the center of teaching,offers the sample in teaching process and teaching step to the teaching,it is a high summarization of teaching experience in practice and has important meaning to teaching quality improvement,give direction to research ambition unification of quality education as direct of PE teaching method,it can inspirit the students to take part in and to help each other positively and then to make progress together.This paper uses the methods of reference contribution,the questionnaire investigation,the data summarization and so on,and does the teaching experiment in the compulsory class of the sports dance class of North China Institute of Science And Technology,after compared the research results with the effects of traditional teaching method,it turn out that the effects of interactive division teaching method is superior to that of the traditional teaching method,so it suggests that the interactive division teaching method should be widely used in high school.
