Through observing the relative video recording of 34th European champion, research more on position offence and fast break.Show offence ability of European team outside player and provide theoretical support for china national team' training.In the paper,I adopted documentation researching method, questionnaire survey method,video recording statistics method, mathematics statistic method.,logical comparison analysis method and investigation method.Then we draw the conclusion as follows:1.Europe men basket good outside player,the time of inside shooting and percentage of 2 point are higher than other team,they have more fast shot and jump shot,all together 76 percent.The speed of shooting is fast, have more confidence.2.Europe men basket good outside player,personal attack and body touching ability is higher,Personal breaking lay up and breaking pass are higher.Foul after breaking lay up is better.Every match 4.01 times 40 percents,breaking ability is wonderful.3.Europe men basket good outside player use more offence pass,every match 32%,the second is moving pass,they have advantage on offence pass. They use more chest pass,39%.The second is head pass,30%.4.Europe men basket good outside player move many times on near,middle, far zone.They move near zone more,ability of inside attack is better. 5.Europe men basket good outside player,as for the ways of offensive tactic,they use more break-and-pass,all together 48%.The second is pass-and-go,it shows Europe men basket good outside player have advantage on break-and-pass.6.Europe men basket good outside player have better fast break idea, more fast break,the advantage of fast break is higher,all together 74.5%.
