The new round elementary education curriculum reform proposed the brand-new challenge to teacher's teaching idea, the teaching method and so on . The way which the teacher adopts in the classroom instruction, namely teacher's classroom instruction behaviors directly influence the advancement of the new curriculum reform. This research takes the chemistry teachers in different career development stages as the objects of study and carries out the comparative study on the classroom instruction behaviors of kinds of chemistry teachers under the new curriculum background. At the same time, this research discovers and summarizesthe classroom instruction behaviors which the high level chemistry teachers have in order to provide the valuable suggestions in promoting teachers' career development and implementing the new curriculum reform.The full text altogether includes five parts:The first part, the question statement. From the teaching behaviors to the teaching effect's influence as well as the teacher career development's importance two aspects, elaborating the important meaning of teaching behaviors, proposing the present paper research topic.The second part, the related research results. It mainly summarizesthe domestic and foreign related teaching behaviors as well as the research results of the different level of teachers, which lays the foundation for the research.The third part, the designing of research project. It elaborates the research goal, the object of study, the research mentality and delama the teachers' teaching behaviors.The fourth part, the analysis of the findings. It mainly compares and analyses five-aspect teaching behaviors of the novice teachers, the backbone teachers, the expert teachers, including the knowledge review before the class, the topic introduction, the classroom inquiry, the classroom activity appraisal, the classroom subtotal. It aims to find the differences of different level teachers in different teaching behaviors .The fifth part, the conclusion of research. It outlines the main conclusion of the research briefly, thus it provides the content for the teacher training and the career development which may be used for reference.
