The new round elementary education curriculum reform proposed the brand-new challenge to teacher's teaching idea, the teaching method and so on . The way which the teacher adopts in the classroom instruction, namely teacher's classroom instruction behaviors directly influence the advancement of the new curriculum reform. This research takes the chemistry teachers in different career development stages as the objects of study and carries out the comparative study on the classroom instruction behaviors of kinds of chemistry teachers under the new curriculum background.
