In this article, we analyze the context and the research overview of Mathematical Problem-Solving Teaching. According to the theoretical background of Mathematical Problem-Solving Teaching, we raise the process of Mathematical Problem-Solving Teaching which based on information technology for the purpose of improving students'abilities of Problem-Solving. This process base on the constructivism theory, the discovery teaching theory, the problem teaching theory and the modern education technology theory, and includes following frames: creating the setting of the problem, activating problem awareness—identifying problem correctly, making multiple characterization—collecting information resources, conducting self-study—trying to communicate with each other, building the platform for showing results—probing into deep analysis, choosing right strategy—reflecting on the process of problem-solving, improving the cognitive structure. At the same time, we analyze the support that the information technology gave to Mathematical Problem-Solving Teaching. In the practice teaching, information technology is merging into mathematics teaching as a tool of creating environment, expressing questions, exploring, communication and evaluation. Furthermore,two examples in this paper display the situation of information technology merging into Mathematical Problem-Solving Teaching, and exposure some problems which found in the research on information technology based Mathematical Problem-Solving Teaching.
