| In order to enhance the quality of teaching in west regions,shorten the education gap between eastern and western regions, and achieve the balanced development of basic education, the state decided to spend 5 years implementing the project of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary school from 2003. This is the last year of rural modern distance education, the project of modern distance education in west rural primary and secondary school has almost completed in every where after 5 years hard work. At present the department of education superintendence especially pays attention to the final situation of implementing about the project in west regions, and the academe also has not developed about these. Also it has not yet formed summary investigation and study on this project. The author took part in a research team which is organized by National Center Hall of Educational Technology and Northwest Normal University, and entered into Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang of the west rural areas to engage in the on-the-spot investigation, especially investigated the current construction about the education resources of this project.Through on-the-spot investigation, research, interview and combining with data Stat., this paper coordinates the achievements and the application scopes about the education resources of this project in Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang. Then this paper expatiates the gain way about the education resources and the realistic questions existed in current resources construction of the project from hardware resources, software resources and human resources aspects. In allusion to realistic questions existed in current resources construction of the project, the paper provides correlative solutions and suggestions about three kinds of education resources from construction, application and management aspects. At last this paper sums up some revelations for the continuative development of western regions education informationiation in the future. |
