The rapid development of information technology to education, bringing about a profound change, from the objective of fostering to learning content, teaching methods to other forms of organization, education has taken place in all aspects of great change. The network collaboration teaching makes use of the model of systematic exploration carrying out teaching, being more suitable to solve the advanced cognitive problem, and the students' achievement embody in both the individual performance and organizational performance. The goal of instructional design converts to pay great attention to organizational performance's acquisition is the essential condition to raise the student independent learning capability, cooperative consciousness, the innovative spirit. The article adopts the methods of document retrieval and investigation to apply the coordination theory to network teaching and analyzes the pattern of network coordination teaching, has made clear that the organizational performance attainment of network collaboration teaching is not necessarily the individual performance simple superimposition, but is the acquisition of collaborative synergism. Besides, the article makes use of the method of evaluation research to design the structures of corresponding valuation indexes further, establish "the method of grade-three estimate" to appraise the organizational performance, thereby, embody that by handling the appropriate relation of every key element in teaching system, bring coordination effect of every key element in teaching system into play, promotes the student to study much better , enhances the quality of teaching; This article applies the method of action research and content analysis to analyze the teaching case include the relevance courses, inquired into that the feasible implementation plan and the organization performance promotion strategy about the instructional design of network collaboration teaching, the significance lies in the collaborative synergism to be obtained manifests for the organization performance to be promoted through the instructional design, then realize the performance's optimization to the network collaboration teaching.
