Network Collaborative Learning In Student Teaching Organizational Sociology Research Interaction Case Study

This paper first sum up the research on collaboration learning on internet and teaching communication, find there is little research in Teachers and students' behavior characteristic, the mode of communication, interpersonal relationships and other communicational questions. So the author chooses these problems as the subjectTaking the "virtual learning community " designed by education technology department in Capital Normal University as platform and the phenomena in the course as the research object, the author study the change of the mode and content of the communication, the depth and selectivity of the communication in the graduate students and the high school students.It is discovered in this paper that the communication between the students has become the main mode of communication in the collaboration learning on internet, the content of the communication has become more and more comprehensive, the new rule and the mode of evaluation has also become the new content, the equality between the teacher and students has been strengthened, but the depth of the communication is still low, there are selectivity in the content of communication and the use of the tool and the object of communication .There are three types in the communication depth: the type of drop after rising first, Stabilize and rising. Then the author give some suggestions to the practice of the collaboration learning on internet: there must have support of good infrastructures and ripe network platform; the lever of the information technology of teacher and students must be high enough; the teachers had better form a teacher' community with other experienced teachers; new teachers should be good at changing one's own idea and role, enhancing the guide to the student and the communications between the teachers and the students and so on . It also gives some directions and advises for the further research of the relevant problem.
