The Church Kindergarten In Modern History Of China And Its Influence On Early Childhood Education In Our Country

The paper was targeted for church kindergarten and teacher training institutions run by Western missionaries under the protection of the unequal treaties in our country after the Opium War and adopted documents and case analysis as major research methods. It analyzed and demonstrated the state of running church kindergarten; church kindergarten normal school; the curriculum and teaching methods of church kindergarten and the daily life of church kindergarten. The author proposed that church kindergarten affect China's modern history of early childhood education to some extent.
