The qualified vocational talents of the employment-oriented vocational education trained, not only with strong professional skills,but also has a high humanistic quality. Therefore,improve the secondary vocational school students chinese quality appear to be more important.As a basic discipline in secondary vocational schools,chinese subjects hold a post of training the qualified vocational talents' humanistic quality as an important task. chinese extra-curricular reading as an important component of chinese subjects teaching can improve students humanistic quality,for impreve the overall quality of people play an important role.Therefore,through the strengthening of the secondary vocational school students in extra-curricular reading guidance and evaluation,improve the overall quality of the secondary vocational school students is a way worth exploring.Based on the predecessors research the fine tradition of extra-curricular and the secondary vocational school students' extra-curricular reading,the author take myself work unit as the research cbject,through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,investigate and analyse the status of my school students' extra-curricular reading.Through collated the survey results,the author found the main questions in my school extra-curricular reading. Because of this,based on the extra-curricular guiding theory,the author proposed the countermeasures of the secondary vocational school students extra-curricular reading guidance.And the author evaluated my school students' extra-curricular reading in pluralistic evaluation.Finally,the author proposed four issues to pay attention.This article is mainly divided into six parts:The first part focuses on the fine tradition of extra-curricular and the secondary vocational school students' extra-curricular reading research are discussed,Intended to summarize the relevance of the results of past researchers,as well as valuable experience: enable students to read more,as widely as possible the various extra-curricular reading classic books,especially literary classics,and only in this way to enrich students accumulate.We should pay attention to cultivate extra-curricular reading method and extra-curricular reading interest,the students only have the correct and effective method of reading in order to form a good reading habits,improve quality of chinese,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of reading.The second part,through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,investigate and analyse the status of my school students' extra-curricular reading.The survey covered in five aspects:extra-curricular reading motivation;extra-curricular reading interest;extra-curricular reading methods;extra-curricular reading habits;extra-curricular reading environment.This analysis consider the main crux of the problem of their extra-curricular reading is:first, reading motivation blindly;second,the low-level reading requirements;third,ways of reading deficiencies;fourth,poor reading environment.The third part focuses on the basic theory of extra-curricular reading guidance: humanistic learning theory,educational psychology theory and chinese education theory.The humanistic learning theory pointed out the fundamental point of the extra-curricular reading research for this study,that is,the necessary development of students.Educational psychology theory is the starting point of this study and the foundation of this study.It includes constructivist theory,"zone of proximal development" theory and meta-cognitive theory.The chinese education theory are the professional support of this study. The fourth part aim to the main questions in my school extra-curricular reading,made of the contents of the extra-curricular reading guidance:first,correct reading motivation,second, stimulate reading interest,third,teach reading methods,forth,guide the content of reading, fifth,cultivate good reading habits.The relation of this four parts is:correct reading motivation and stimulate reading interest is the prerequisite of the secondary vocational school students to carry out extra-curricular reading,teach reading methods and guide the content of reading is the way of the secondary vocational school students to carry out extra-curricular reading,and cultivate good reading habits is the strong guarantee of secondary vocational school students in extra-curricular reading continued.The fifth part evaluated my school students' extra-curricular reading in pluralistic evaluation.The crux of these evaluations is pluralistic evaluation of human,pluralistic evaluation of content,pluralistic evaluation of standard,pluralistic evaluation of way.While students are reading their own sexual activity,but if we neglected evaluation of extra-curricular reading,there is no evaluation of operational measures,extra-curricular reading will become a mere formality.The sisth part raised level of extra-curricular reading need to pay attention to the coordination of various relationships.Education is a systematic project,which are schools, families,society work together to complete the cause,especially in extra-curricular reading. At the same time of teachers played a guiding role,between the students played a catalytic role,parents played an active role in reading,coordinating all aspects of the strength of the school.At the same time of studying this subject,the author researched the guide practice of the extra-curricular reading in my school.Though this article,we look forward to summarizing and reflecting,clearing direction,accumulating experience for improvement the status of the secondary vocational school students' extra-curricular reading.
