It's an objective and universal truth that it's difficult to transform a high student with learning disabilities.Based on five-year teaching experiences and on-the-spot survey,the author find that peer groups is a remarkable restrictive factor in the transformation of high school students with learning disabilities.Because of its hiding and unclearness,this factor is usually avoided by education researchers and front-line teachers.The transformation of high school students with learning disabilities needs the joint efforts of education,and any factor which is ignored will cause the work less effective.For this reason,,from the point of peer groups,this paper works on the negative factor of peer group in the transformation of learning disability students and come up with corresponding countermeasures.Guided by qualitative research,the paper takes several research methods,such as case study, interview method,literature method and comparative method.Based on this,the author has surveyed the features,cause and types of peer groups as well as the negative influence and countermeasures in the transformation of high school students with learning disabilities.The conclusions are as follows. Firstly,Peer groups'mainly can be divided into the following types such as playing,breaking the rules,making troubles and petty love.The remarkable characteristic of peer groups of high school students with learning disabilities is the high similarity in school achievements.There are inside and outside reasons for it.The former indicates the single evaluation mechanism,and the latter analyzes from psychological compatibility,sharing time and close space.Secondly,peer groups cause negative influence on high school students through study time,study attitudes,life ambition and self-conception,and this blocks smooth conversion.Thirdly,the reasons for the negative influence as follows.At first,the peculiarity of high school students with learning disability shows in existing sub-culture and group regulation.Next,it is the special psychological character.Finally,there is the psychological mechanism of obeying,imitating and hinting.Fourthly,how to get rid of the negative influence and make learning disability students convert better faster? The paper stresses the following two points.Firstly,it is about the peer groups of learning disability students.At first,the formation of peer groups of learning disability students should be prevented in advance.Next,for those peer groups,we should actively instruct them,make them develop healthy and thus form an active force for the transformation of learning disability students.At last,the peer group which can't be cured must be firmly crashed.Secondly,it is about the individual of peer groups.The self-construction of learning disability students should be built up strongly and their resistance should be strengthened.Based on this,this thesis advises to take measures in terms of schools, families and society.Firstly,the multi-evaluation mechanism should be put into force.Secondly,the construction of class team should be strengthened.Thirdly,teachers' professional moral should be improved.Fourthly,the regular school management should be strengthened.Fifthly,the school culture construction should be emphasized.Sixthly,adolescent sexual education should be carried out.Seventhly,the active communication between parents and students should be promoted. Eighthly,the close contract between families and schools should be kept.Ninthly,the community environment should be improved.
