| The influence of junior school to student not only displays in the shaping of character,the development of body and mind and so on, academic record also cannot be ignored.However,the problem of learning disability of junior school student gradually becomes the research hot spot in recent years. As an emerging subject, social work firmly believes that everyone has their own power and resources to solve the problem.So this study expect to take the opportunity of practice activity, providing a new perspective under the guidance of social work methods and value idea for the solve of the problem learning disability through a series of service activities.So,the author hopes to carry on practical exploration for learning disability problem by means of group counseling.On the basis of the early needs assessment,this study,using the methods of qualitative analysis,includes eight activities under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,and gets involved in the team members mainly from two aspect,correct cognition recover and improper learning behavior intervention.In the group atmosphere,the members take advantage of the interaction and activity forms, discover their virtue,arouse the past sense of accomplishment, treat their study in correct way,take full advantage,grasp effective learning method and gradually ease the obsession arising from learning disability.The conclusion of this study are as follows, social work,as a subject owning unique values and professional concept,will play an irreplaceable role in the school work,and group counseling has good effect on the solution of the learning disability problem.Learning disability can be solved by some certain methods.we should attach great importance to students themselves,correct improper cognition in time,believe that every student has the individual potential,not judge them merely relying on grades. |
