The Problems And Measures Of The Work In Ideological And Political Education Of Universities

Ideological and political education is a social practical activity that the society or social communities exert aimed,planned and organized influence on its members with certain ideas,political views and moral standards so that they can form certain ideological cultivation required by society.Complete Scientific system of Marxism is the solid theoretical foundation of ideological and political teaching.Learning and mastering a series important theory of Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and its ideological and political education has a directed significance on doing ideological and political education well. Adhere to the scientific system of Marxism and development of Marxism as a guide,and strive to do a good job in ideological and political education.From the study significance of the ideological and political education, this article points out the existing practical problems of the ideological and political education which includes the educational content,methods, ideological and political building of teachers,and other psychological conditions of students and so on.Then according with the problems it elaborates the measures to take.This article includes three parts.The first part discusses the meaning and importance of ideological and political work.Through comparing analysis,it discusses the contents of ideological and political education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Meanwhile,it elaborates the importance of the work of Ideological and Political Education in colleges and universities from personnel training,building a moderately prosperous society and the advancement of the party's governing ability.The second part firstly analyses course of development of ideological and political education work in the periods of new-democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,Socialist modernization building.And on the basis,it points out the existing problems of ideological and political education work,which includes four aspects:1.the contents and methods of Ideological and Political Education are too old;2.The building of its own teachers in ideological and political education is to be improved;3.college students prevail health problems in mind;4.Ideological and Political Education is affected by the network severely.The third part,combined with the existing practical problems,puts forward strategies about the work of ideological and political education. Timely and effective responses are important guarantee ensuring the work of ideological and political education go on with fresh vitality.Then it focuses on that how to blend the socialist core value system,human care and the spirit of "people-oriented" and so on into the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At the same time it puts forward a series important measures including strengthening the construction of the ideological and political teachers,improving the mental-health education of university students and occupying the position of University Network ideological and political education.
