The Chinese eduation went through new school instead old school, but old school didn't retreat immediately, new school didn't develop quickly. The Chinese education change deviated from normal track, produced many abuses. So ,The purpose of thesis inspected the process of education change, explored the problem of education change, summarized the history experience, provided the reference for Chinese education reform. The way of thesis used the theory of Marxism , the methods of education,sociology and history, analysed the historical materials, educed the conclusion. The thesis pointed out the problem of education change influenced the development of new education , hindered the exertion of education function, disturbed the process of Chinese modernization.
