At present, China's ongoing new round of basic education curriculum reform. Information technology courses are meeting from computer education to information technology education, skills training to information literacy training changes. High school information technology courses that idea: to be in "standard" stressed the issue is resolved, and advocate the use of information technology innovations in practice that focus on exchanges and cooperation and jointly building a healthy information culture. Based on the study in collaboration with the current constructivist learning theory is closely linked to a large extent, reflects the thinking of Constructivism, which is now a growing number of researchers were concerned. This study analyzed the domestic and international issue-based cooperative learning of the status quo, with the new senior secondary curriculum reform of information technology needs of the practice and reflect on the status quo, based on the theoretical construct, cooperative learning theory, instructional design theory, the use of methods such as literature, based on The learning perspective and the perspective collaborative learning, research-based Construction of the cooperative learning design patterns. Based on characteristics of high school students, the author selected a high school Information Technology Section of the teachers and classes in Group 1 and Group 6 for issue-based cooperative learning activities designed to carry out case studies. After two studies, the author used participatory observation and interviews, explored a high school teaching information technology courses based on the design of the framework of cooperative learning activities.
