| With a new round of the new senior secondary curriculum promoting reform, the new course on the professional development of high school teachers put forward new requirements. The level of the adaptability of the ordinary high school teacher with the professional development to the new curriculum high school is an important factor constraining the implementation of the new curriculum. Therefore, this study chooses Xinjiang ordinary high school teachers as my research object, using questionnaires and interviews to inspect the adaptability of their professional development to the new curriculum,aiming to help teachers do good job before the implementation of the new curriculum.The full text is divided into four parts:First,introduction. This paper discusses the research background, defines the concept, and reviews relevant studies and research purposes and methods.Second, the research on the basic theory of new curriculum and the requirement for ordinary high school teachers'professional development.This part focus on introducing the basic concept of the new curriculum, training objectives, the course structure, content selection principle and the teachers'request.Third, A survey on the adaptability level of Xinjiang ordinary high school teacher professional development to new curriculum standards: from the investigation to the teachers basic situation, this part further discovers that adaptation of ordinary high school teachers to the concept of the new curriculum ordinary high school teachers in professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection, and analyzes the possible existing reasons.Fourth, this part proposes strategies in enhancing adaptability level of Xinjiang ordinary high school teacher in professional development to new curriculum, aiming to help teachers do good job before the implementation of the new curriculum. |
