The Research On Teaching And Administrative Staff On Geological Majors Of Universities In China

In the 21^st century, in building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and building a innovation-oriented country, China has entered a best period of geological development in history. But looking forward to a bright future for people, resource shortage, environmental degradation are more and more apparent, which all need Geological science and technology workers to find out ways to solve these problems.Geological talents are undoubtedly one of the most valuable wealth, and the university trains talent's main way. So it require our country to train these talents with world first-class university, and appraise the standard whether a university possess the world first-class university, except its hardware facility should fulfil requirements, a main one have one really up to the make teachers team, so how to build one high-level teachers' team become our main problem faced at present.This thesis through the questionnaire, literature and other means to access vast amounts of data and data collection, using qualitative and quantitative analysis method, sum up the rate teachers and students, academic in teachers team for level composition, teachers team age composition, respect that the professional title of teachers' team is formed, etc. And propose the effective methods of construction of teachers' team to improve the Countermeasures and suggestions.The thesis consists of seven chapters: Chapter 1 introduced the background, significance, content, research method and routs of this thesis; Chapter 2 & Chapter 3 summarized the related theories which this thesis is based on. Chapter 4 analyzed the characteristic of teachers' team of geological majors of university of China, and selected China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) as case study; Chapter 5 propose the suggestions of solving problems; Chapter 6is conclusion and some problems which need to further researchThe thesis preliminarily summed up the characteristics of the teachers' team of geological majors of university in China, and the suggestions of solving the problems which hinder the development of higher education of geological. However, a further profound study is needed because the studies in this thesis are still superficial.
