Higher learning institution, as the important cradle of nurturing talents, has always been on the spotlight. Specifically, the issue of higher education quality is one that attracts tremendous attention from society and communities. Good learning support services can improve the instructional quality. However, the current situation of learning support service is not optimistic.Performance technology possesses the characters of solving problem with systematic methods, applying to all levels of organizations and making great efforts to search the most benefit with least cost, thus applies in widespread enterprises. This study is designed to explore a systemic plan of applying performance technology to improve the quality of learning support service for C TV and Radio University.First, by reviewing literature, the contents and functions of learning support service are summarized. According to the questionnaire of students and the interviews of students, counselors, teachers and supervisors, the author obtained the performance technology gap of learning support service in the C TV and Radio University. Based on the cause analysis and performance intervention choose and design, the paper conclude a systemic plan to improve the performance of learning support service for C TV and Radio University, in the hope of advising the later work.
