The new reform of curriculum is moving forward and the focus of the study has been gradually transferring from the illumination of the macro refined education theory to the exploration of the classroom instructing. It is to be pursued that the students should gain improvement in the classroom education. The research methods involve both qualitative research and empirical study. For one thing, to identify the problems and issues shown in the specific educational situation, the author gives analysis with an individual educational case. For another, the paper makes statistical analysis into the survey data and the test statistics.This paper abides by the logical principals as follows. First, it identifies the problems existing in the instructing of molecular and cell. The author, adopting the theories of behaviorism, constructivism and humanism in the educational psychology, combining the principles of scientific brain application, carries an efficacious exploration into the effective instructing.On this basis, the author studies the impact of three factors on effective instructing. The three factors include the integration of the molecular and cell content, the design of classroom instruction and the coordinate strategies and the design of training. Finally, the author elaborates the theory and the application of the effective instructing of molecular and cell in high school. Then he makes the conclusion forms his own idea. Firstly, the integration of molecular and cell in teaching content matches the textbooks more to the regional characteristics and the personality characteristics of our students. Secondly, the integration makes efforts in both the default and the generation, which attaches importance to the science of the disciplines, the flexibility, the arts of instruction and the observation of the teaching law. Thirdly, the application of training should be carried out with high-quality instructing resources and multi-dimensional means, which can cultivate scientific way of thinking, reduce the heavy academic burden and improve academic performance.The research shows that there is an obvious increase in the acquiring of knowledge and the rising of interests. The analysis also tells us that there is apparently difference among students in the creativity, the self-development and the consciousness of participating public activities. The effective instructing of molecular and cell relieve the overwhelming burden of our students and create an harmonious learning settings. Moreover, it promote our students to achieve sustainable progress and development in the'Three-Dimensional objects'which concludes knowledge and skills, process and method, and emotion-attitude and perceptive of value. Therefore, molecular and cell classroom instructing owns the merits of the feasibility and favorable effects.
