Kinds of research activities are propitious to promoting communion and help between teachers,advancing teaching level of whole teachers , taking important role in promoting information technology subject. But because of information technology teachers'quantity is insufficient , independent instructional research group is difficult to be formed, the present conventional instructional research of information technology subject is difficult to be carried out too, not only the teachers'range of exchange to be narrow, but aslo the research time is limited, the question discussion is not thorough enough. With the promotion of education informatization, the hardware facilities of computer network have been improved gradually, education information resources have formed a certain scale already, and new instuctional research has been appeared——web-based instructional research, it has broken the space and time limit, and it is helpful to collaboration learning or cooperative learning for teachers in different schools or areas, instructional research resource sharing has been come true.Understanding the status quo of information technology subject and web-based instructional research by method of literature analysis firstly. Understanding web-based instructional research why information technology teachers take part in and the base situation of participation of information technology teachers by method of questionnaire survey secondly, analysing the effects and problems of web-based instructional research for information technology teachers. Next, choosing a typical example for activities of web-based instructional research——"TianHe tribe", Summing up experience of web-based instructional research in TianHe area in three ways, there are characteristics of platform and the way of organization or management and the sorts of activities about web-based instructional research, then understanding perspectives of information technology teachers in TianHe area for web-based instructional research by interviewing method. Last, analysing the stategies of information technology web-based instructional research in six ways, there are attitudes of instructional research, construction of teacher learning community in network environment, interactive design, resources design, research activities design and the stategies of organization or management.Setting up the correct attitudes of instructional research and the nicer design or management by organizers are very important to development of web-based instructional research which can promots teachers'professional development very well.
