Rural unguarded children means that the minor groups who need to be taken cared because of parents were migrant workers and Continue to be remained in the home. The Research on Ganzhou, Nanchang and Shangrao in Jiangxi Province, For the units to classes to taken as a whole in the first-year junior high school, junior high school sophomore, junior and senior high school grades three first grade, second grade high school, sophomore year of the five-year total of 1715 students as this research survey, in which, the number of children were 935 who staying in rural areas. Through investigation and found that, in the survey of 935 children staying in the rural areas, A person of normal mental health were 33.4%, Mildly abnormal psychological health of the people were 59.7%, and abnormal mental health moderate were 6.9 percent .To analysis mental health of the rural unguarded children in Jiangxi Province and to found that:1.On this survey, it's mainly "generational dependency," about the rural unguarded child custody type; Parents work outside the home within the time to one year and two years more than the majority; And the Guardianship of time working with the type of rural mental health of children staying no significant impact;2.On this survey, migrant workers of parents often to communicate with their children accounted for 28.1%, and occasionally communicators of 56.5%, and never were accounted for 15.4% of communication; parent and child communication on the mental health of rural unguarded children with a significant impact on ;3.On this survey, who can participate in regular physical exercise rural rear their children only the total number of children in rural areas stay of 9.5%, And non-rural children staying with a similar situation; it has a significant impact on physical exercise rear their children in the rural areas of mental health;4.In addition to the different grades of the children in rural mental health hostile factors, other factors there are significant differences;Through survey found that family communication and physical activity are the major factor to affect rural mental health of children. Therefore, this study will be learning to pressure factor, anxiety factor, hostile factors, depression and interpersonal tension or sensitive factor was selected as the standard test with the children in rural Jiangxi Province mental health status, setting the same control group, and used physical activity intervention the test conducted two times a week ,to exercise intervention study for eight weeks. Measured before and after use methods of physical training for rural unguarded children's psychological health effects. The Institute will use the data for statistical SPSS13.0 with its analytical results as follows:5. Before and after the intervention, there was a significant difference (P <0.01)of the rural unguarded children in a hostile factor, psychological imbalance factor, in the paranoia factor, the pressure of learning factor, interpersonal tension or sensitive factor and the sharing health;6. Before and after the intervention, mental health in the normal group of maladjusted, there was a significant difference (P < 0.01)of a hostile factor, the pressure of learning factor, mental health imbalance in the sharing factor, in the paranoia factor and interpersonal tension or sensitive factor, there was significant difference (P <0.05); abnormal psychological health factor in the hostilities, psychological factors and interpersonal factor imbalance, there was significant difference (P<0.05);7. Intervention before and after, the improvement of mental health boys better than girls, Junior high school was the third grade test mental health to improve the situation better than second-year junior high school, there are certain impact on their parents on physical activity within 1 year and 2 years or more children staying in rural areas of mental health;8. Intervention before and after, physical training on occasionally to communicate with their parents were emotional imbalance factor in the test, interpersonal tension or sensitive factor and the sharing health, there was significant (P <0.05), and Factor in hostilities there and psychological imbalance factor very significant impact (P <0.01);9. Before and after the intervention, and occasionally participate in sports training and physical training has never been involved in the mental health test to improve the situation better than the regular participation in physical activity test;10. Experimental group and control group of children staying in the rural areas of emotional imbalance factor, forced symptoms of anxiety factor, depression factor and health of sharing there was a significant difference (P <0.01), and factor in the hostilities, paranoia factor, Learning pressure factor, psychological factors and interpersonal tension imbalances or sensitive factor there was significant difference (P <0.05);11. There is no significant impact on exercise intervention on the children living in rural areas of satisfaction and social support factor;Based on the above results indicate that: physical exercise intervention on improving the mental health of boys better than girls, high grade students improved better than low grade students, and the affection for the imbalance between the rural communication rear children, physical exercise can reduce the imbalance because the family and other factors lead to mental health problems. Therefore, this study that physical exercise to improve the rural mental health of children unguarded feasibility.
