College students'managerial system issued by our government is regulation on students and educational code. It affects the quality of talents cultivated by it. There are lots of unsatisfactory aspects in the present system. The system is implemented by stiffly management instead of flexible management. Students'violent tendency , disobedience , loath of study, committing suicide ,and the cases in which students complain their colleges, all these make colleges in a embarrassing situation.As a college students'administrator taking up the managing students. I accumulated some experience on education and management, and how to establish the flexibly managerial system concerns me all the time. Administration of the college students is a comprehensive science which is concerning the science of management and the science of education.The students'education is actually the process of educating, guiding ,regulating and serving, which is both a job of regulating administration and a process of education. Through study and research, I am inspired by the theory of"flexible management". This is why I choose the title Study on Flexibly Managerial System of College Students in China as my thesis. In view of the development of the managerial theory, it emphasizes more attention to people, focuses on the humane management. So, flexible management, and the people-oriented management have become the mainstream. Flexible administration requires the administrators to obey the law of psychological development, to inspire and move the soul of students, to explode the motivation of students ,to redeploy the internal need, to induce emotion ,to form the positive thought, and to startup the tendency of the unconscious psychology of students so as to make students'soul pure and sublime ,and to students equipped with stronger percolating rallying point and impetus. Especially, the scientific developmental theory put forward by CCP ,which essence is people-oriented and realize people's full development , provides perfect theoretical support for the flexibly managerial system and research.The thesis aims to establish the flexibly and stiffly managerial system which enforces the pertinence and effects ,adapt itself to the tendency of situation and is based on the principle of people-oriented, fulfillment of flexible administration in the college students'administration by understanding the system issued by our government.The definition of the"college students'flexibly managerial system"is to enforce the people-oriented concept, which is based on the research of students'psychology and activity, the respect of personality an esteem of students and the enhancement of people's unity, togetherness and attaching point. In making and implementing the system, the flexibility and stiffness should be combined. In nature, the flexible system is an people-oriented administration system on students, that is,the humane managerial system.The thesis puts forward , in order to understand the managerial rules issued by our government, to enhance the pertinence and effects of administration , we should adapt ourselves to the present situation , establish the flexible system , think about the people-oriented concept and the combination of flexibility and stiffness in our administration.In the first part, the paper illustrates the general principles of flexible system and the functions of it. On the basis of the source of the system, the paper reveals the connotation in nature and the basic features in administration. Furthermore, it gives the definition of the flexible system, analyzing the educational potential ,the function of guiding values, cooperating function, and the lasting and encouraging function in the system.In the second part, the thesis proposes the necessity and the tendency of the system. In inspecting the stiffly managerial system , I find lack of people-oriented concept, the opposite feelings of teachers and students, preventing the development of personality and creativity ,and the occurrence of bad accidents it. Therefore I come to the conclusion that the flexibility of the managerial system is the theory of the people-oriented concept , which contributes to the healthy psychological and physical development and is the necessity of the modern educational system. The history of the flexible system also proves itself in the development.In the third part, the thesis proposes the implementing tactics .First, the administrators'concept and thinker model should be changed into the people-oriented concept, letting nature take its own course concept, etc, and the administrator should correctly realize and deal with the relation between the two systems. Second, the contents of the flexible system should be specified, to achieve the regulation combination of forgiveness , the combination of administration and trust, and the combination of criticism and concern. Third, the scientific implementing strategies should be set to guide students and move students by love ,to act and set example for them , to show concern for their psychology and award their achievements and give them advanced college culture so that the system could be set and improved.The methods and theories of the science of administration management ,the science of modern management, the science of education, and the science of college administration are used in the paper and a lot of materials are searched on the net. On the premise of the present analyses of the subject, the general researches and the specific research were done on the dada concerned, the discussion was carried among the administrators in order to make scientific and objective analysis about the present problems so that the problems could be found and the new thoughts and method could be proposed. In the process of searching materials, there exists the problem of lack of materials. The author did lots of work to assemble the information in different ways to know about the research situation and the developmental tendency. Also through the interview with experts ,the author learned about the present situation and the tendency on this subject, and in the end the author found the thought path that administration management should be taken into consideration.The feature and the innovation lie in the scientific developmental concept and the people-oriented guide so as to apply to the theory of flexible management to the college students'managementAnalyzing the definition ,the potential educational functions, the function of guiding value, the function of cooperation and the permanent and effective function of education , the thesis brings about the concept of humane administration ,and analyzes the present managerial system. The author inspects the lack of humaneness ,the opposite emotion between the educators and the students, the stiff managerial system, the extreme managerial model, and preventing the development of personality and creativity in the stiffly managerial system. Then the author puts forward the necessity of the flexible system, specifies the basic contents in it, and proposed the scientific methods in implementing the system. The findings of the thesis will contribute to the further altering of the"the Regulations on Students'Administration in Colleges and Universities"and the administrators'implementing it creatively .
