A Study On College Entrance Examination Reform Based On People-oriented Idea

College entrance examination is one of the very important parts of China's highereducation system, relating with Chinese selection of talents, quality of talents and typeof talents and relating with the nation's economy and the people's livelihood. It is animportant link in the nation's prosperity. At the same time, higher education entranceexams achieve separately training of tens of millions of Chinese candidates, and helprealizing the target of gradually improving the Chinese quality. Therefore, thatwhether examination of higher education is successful a micro issue affecting theeducated individual, and a macro issue on national strategic level. Thus, the highereducation entrance examination has always been the focus and hotspot in theresearches of the educators. Reviewing the development of the college entranceexamination, we can see that the college entrance examination is constantly evolutingand reforming with the changing of the times. On the national current new historicalconditions, people-oriented idea will be treated as the starting point and the goal of thenational higher education. And the research on people-oriented college entranceexamination will help to further improve the national college entrance system, makingcollege entrance examination system more reasonable scientific. And it has greattheoretical and practical importance on the national further college entranceexamination system reform.In this dissertation, the development of college entrance examination system isfirst briefly reviewed. The main characteristics of college entrance examinationsystem at different historical stages are summed up, and the historical causes ofchanges in the examination system are analyzed. Then, the results of the severalprevious college entrance examination system and problems which has not beensolved are discussed. After than, based on the requirements of Chinese societydevelopment and the debates in the college entrance examination system, thepeople-oriented college entrance examination system is proposed. Under the guidanceof this idea, the college entrance examination system mode and admission systemwhich is the two important aspects of college entrance examination system arediscussed. At the research on college entrance examination system mode, according topeople-oriented idea, the effective evaluation system of college entrance examinationand evaluation methods are proposed, and the optimal college entrance examination mode which matches with Chinese national conditions are put forward. At theresearch on the college admission system, the college entrance examination admissionsystem is studied, which matches with the national conditions, and is able to providethe candidates with more opportunities to achieve their volunteers. Thus, the overallsatisfaction of the candidates on the admission system will be improved. The mainwork and innovations are the following three aspects:Study the new direction of the evolution of the college entrance examinationsystem reform–people-oriented. First, the people-oriented ideological connotation isfully excavated. Based on this, the possible influence that people-oriented idea on thedetails of college entrance examination system is in-depth analyzed. The analysisresults show that people-oriented college entrance examination system reform ideaswill drive all the elements of college entrance examination system evaluating. Finally,the specific implementation strategies and recommendations of people-orientedcollege entrance examination system are given.Study the new method of college entrance examination admission system-morepeople-oriented college entrance examination admission method. Under the guidanceof people-oriented idea, the experiences of aboard enrollment patterns which worthour learning are summed up by the comparison of enrollment patterns at home andabroad. And the college admission mode which is more suitable to Chinese nationalconditions and more humanized is proposed, which is called college admission modeof multiple choices based on internet.Study the evaluation method under people-oriented college entrance examinationmode–the evaluation system and index system in people-oriented college entranceexamination mode. Under the guidance of people-oriented idea, the evaluation systemand index system of college entrance examination are designed. The optimal collegeentrance examination mode which is selected with this method is the best in the rangeof people-oriented idea.
