Investment Analysis And Risk Study Of College Students' Apartment

Construction of students'apartment has become one of the most important parts in college Logistics. This essay discusses the investment patterns election of the college students apartment building,economic evaluation and investment risk and analyzes the economic of infrastructure investment, and determined the value of certain investments in building performance from investment projects of economic analysis and studied the investment risk management of Infrastructure projects.
