Information is a kind of important social capital. The contemporary china has been divided into binary society. The information situation is very different between rural area and cities. The rural area lags behind a lot. When the scholars use information explosion theory to describe the information situation in cities, the information shortage is extremely astounding. This is both because economic and social reasons. This article is directed to sociological study the information situation from the information communication aspect.This article was based on the investigation of G village to analyze the contemporary situation in western rural villages in china. The article think that the channel of information communication are obstructed. That was expressed in four aspects: information ambiguity, information disparity, information falsification, and information lag. the author think that the reason for the obstruction is the declination of the administrative power, the erosion of the market economy, the breakdown of the previous public sphere and the absence of the mass communication media. This article think the essential reason for that is the social disorganization.Social disorganization is the lose of social bond, and the society breaks down into a atomic situation in which the individuals are disunited. Social disorganization are prone to happen when the social situation is destroyed by social change but the new social norms and orders are not set up. The author pointed out that the disorganizing process was participated by the state, the market economy , the tradition ,the villagers and local catholic forces. The interaction between these forces is discussed and all these forces can bring about the information obstruction.
