With the increasingly fierce international competition in the new century, the force of science and technology has become one of the focuses of the technological and economic competition. Many countries are to take first-class scientific research platform constructions as their fundamental tasks. In"fifteen"period, our country puts"science and technology condition platform and basic establishment building"into National long-term scientific and technological development program and take research platform construction into a new history highness.In this background, Research University, which considered the main force of National innovation system, takes responsibility to build the research platform. At the same time, with more and more integrated scientific research activities and Interdisciplinary research, it is the main method of science and technology creativity.
