| Recently various of teaching models are used in class, but not all of them are effective. If the teaching models are not correctly used, we'll be mislead by them.I focused on the teaching of Danyang No.3 Middle School, studying the modelized and personalized in Chinese teaching to avoide the extremely modelized and personalized in teaching, to break the model and reconstruct it, to homernize the teaching mode and teachers'characteristic, to seek the regular pattern in teaching capacities.Therefore, I have been study on this for 3 years , with two methods, these are follow up survy and Questionaire survy :1. Follow up survy is on 120 students and 120 parents, emphasised on the advantage and disadvantage of modelized teaching.2. Public qustionaire survy is on 50 teachers and 780 students, emphasised on the advantage and disadvantage of personalized Chinese teaching.Based on them, I finished a contrast list on modelized and personalized teaching.According to the survies on the present situation of modelized and personalized Chinese teaching and its practice in class, I draw the following conclusions:There could be three stages on the model research and application for a excellent teacher. That is "no model", "in model", and "no model". The first "no model" stage refers to no hurry to set your own model, but to take good advantage to some extensive advanced teaching models. In the second "in model'' stage, after many years' teaching experences and clear understanging to his teaching style and teaching theory, a teacher makes conclution and reflection and find a model that match his own teaching style. Even though, it's still not the final objective of Chinese teaching. The third stage of " no model" is what we are persuiting for. It refers to rejection to the ordered teaching model, and creation of "free teaching style" and achievement of the "teaching in order but in creative order" theory.I think this research is of great importance to many teaching fields, such as the development of teacher, teaching , teaching reform, and a good direction for teacher in class. |
