| There exist more phsical and technical innate differences among university girls in public swimming course learing.University girls'individual disparity and interests would be ignored and reduced in the implementing of the traditional teaching method by just analysing model-Doings and praticing that has great contradiction with The Directive Essentials For Physical Education in the Nation's Regular Universities,in which it emphsizes on'Three Independents'and having classes by re-organizing different students with different interests in different levels with breaking departments,classes forms.We P.E teachers in BeiHua University have made an experimental research among university girl sophomores in BeiHua University on public swimming course for about four months by adopting Stratification Approach,adhereing'heath first'and'people foremost'principls.The result indicates that the adoption of Stratification Approach is superior to traditional teaching method which can really improve students'swimming learning effect.Also,it is a scientific teaching method for public swimming course among university girl sophomores which can motivate the students'learning interests and motivation at different levels,actualize the transformation of students.Thirdly,Stratification Approach adopting in public swimming course among university girl sophomores can not only identified its feasibilities in Breaststroke teaching process,also the consistency between improvement of students'learning motivation levels and swimming skill levels.Lastly,we can obviously feel that this kind of approach was accepted both by the teachers and students,as a result of this,feelings between teachers and students became deeper, learning atmosphere became more active, teachers'repeated over-work was also reduced and in which reachers have great expectation for next classes. |
