As a special group of teenagers,secondary vocational students often have more complex learning problems than ordinary students.In view of the prominent disadvantages of the traditional class teaching system,this study aims to explore and practice the hierarchical teaching,in order to alleviate the shortcomings of the class teaching system to a certain extent,and improve the learning interest,learning confidence and learning interest of secondary vocational students.By combing the occurrence and development history of layered teaching at home and abroad,focusing on the academic research history of layered teaching,this paper clarifies the origin and development process of the concept of layered teaching,and believes that layered teaching is a systematic problem-solving strategy.Multiple intelligences theory,recent development zone and teaching students according to their aptitude are the important theoretical basis of layered teaching.Then it investigates the learning and teaching of accounting students in secondary vocational schools.Based on this,it discusses the appropriateness of layered teaching applied to primary accounting in secondary vocational schools from the two dimensions of students and curriculum.Based on previous studies,this paper attempts to construct a theoretical model of hierarchical teaching.It mainly constructs the core framework of layered teaching mode from three dimensions:Student stratification,goal stratification and teaching stratification.Each primary dimension index is extended and subdivided into several secondary dimension indexes.It combs the corresponding relationship and practical logic between each hierarchical dimension as a whole,and then interprets the connotation and operability of dimension indexes.In terms of students’stratification,mainly based on Chen Heqin’s"17 Principles",students are divided into"a,B and C" by means of"combination of explicit and implicit";In the aspect of goal stratification,it is stratified according to three dimensions:affection,knowledge and ability;In terms of teaching stratification,it is mainly structured from three aspects:questioning stratification,homework stratification and guidance stratification.In the course teaching of primary accounting in L secondary vocational school in C City,the layered teaching mode is applied in practice,and the application effect of layered teaching is tested by means of paired t-test,word cloud analysis,student interview analysis and so on.The results show that layered teaching has an obvious effect on improving the learning interest of secondary vocational students,especially for the improvement of achievement. |
