Interpersonal relationship is the basic needs for people, so the quality of it immediately influences the students'study, even physical and mental health. The nature of physical education is propitious to establish a good relationship for the junior high school students. By analyzing the problems of interpersonal relationship and seeking for the countermeasures, it's good for junior high school students who can release themselves from oppression, nervous and loneliness. It also promotes the students self-knowledge and self-evaluation. Thus felicitous way will make the interpersonal relationship develop well.The interpersonal relationship mainly includes the contact of teacher and student, the contact of student and student in PE class. The contact of teacher and student is an education contact which is professional and educational. In fact, as an education method it can not only impart knowledge, skill and practice method, but also change the students'individual characteristic, promote understanding, exchange the opinions and enhance intimate. Teacher-student relation is not only the most important relationship in society, but also the important category in education research. The harmonious teacher-student relation is the foundation of harmonious campus. Because of the characteristics of physical education, the interaction of students can mutually promote the skill, train the indomitable volitional quality and collectivism spirit. Actually the interaction between students can not only build closer relations between each other, but also give the rein to everyone's specialty, skill, and some positive influences.The result indicated that in the present stage it's obvious disparity between the status quo of interpersonal relationship and ideal interpersonal relationship in physical education, and it has not achieved the anticipated result which established a harmonious interpersonal relationship in new standers. As the survey result between teachers and students, teachers want to respect the main body right in a certain depth and create a communication space for students. Of course the students want to get the emotional education space which can be respected and understood from teachers. But the fact is contrary. Physical education stimulates the friendship development between student and student in competition, games and so on. So it has a positive function in personal relationship. Although the students pay great attention to friendship, many of them miss the chances which are created by sports for communication. The status quo has a distance from the aim of new course stander which is to establish the harmonious interpersonal relationship. If the physical education could have a better development, the harmonious interpersonal relationship will has a better potential. The results of this investigation considered that it has five demands for students and teachers to obtain a harmonious interpersonal relationship in junior high school physical education. Firstly, the students should have a positive understanding of the sport classes; secondly the students should trust and respect fully for teachers; thirdly, the teachers should implement the new course stander earnestly; fourthly, the teachers should improve the ability from various aspects; fifthly, teachers could create the conditions for students to have a harmonious interpersonal relationship in classes.The research provided a referential suggestion for the junior high students that how to have a harmonious interpersonal relationship in physical education.
