The Research On The Avoidance Of Financial Risk Of Chinese University

The issue of University loan has been widely concerned since 1998.(The amount of loan by the universities which are charged by the ministry of education of China were only 500 million Yuan.)As the University charge system had been taken in practise and the dimensions of the students had been keeping on enlarging,The univeristies had been gradually increasing the proportion of loan.Except the funds which came from the government and other organizations and the tuition fee which came from the students,The bank loan had become one of the most significant ways by which the universities raised money.It is reported that in 2006 the amount of the universities'loan had accumulated to 33.6 billiion Yuan which means 0.44 billion for each school and the average rising speed had been achieve to 76% per year.As the loan coming from the banks had helped universities actualize the leaping development, it also put the universities into the shadow of finacial risk which may effect the future of the universities,even became the handicap of countries'higher education.The experience of how the state corporations raise and utilize money in the end of last century should been studied meticulously for the similarity of their process of development and the identical possession of the universities and corporation.According to the contemporary situation of the universities's loan, considering the experience of the state corporation and the achievement in this field, this thesis analyizes the issue from three angles: Universities,Government and Bank.Expecting to make some contribution to the slovement of this issue,this thesis proposes three measures.First the universities should increase the appropriate funds and take charge of the application of fund.Second,the universities should keep in mind the finacial risk in order to keep the money safe.Last,the bank also should be meticulous to keep away from the risk.
