The Analysis Of Demography's Feature Of Juvenile Delinquency In China

This thesis is talking about juvenile delinquency whose age is from 14 to 25years old. Since 1980s, the juvenile delinquency has been list in one of the top three disasters. Both in developed countries and developing countries, the juvenile delinquency has influenced the development of economy and society. Although the government and scholars have been working for the measure to this problem, the proportion of juvenile delinquency comparing to all delinquency is going up in the recent years, and the number of criminal of young is increasing. Therefore, this problem is still worthy of further researching.This thesis includes five chapters: introduction, the present situation of juvenile delinquency in China, the analysis of demography's feature of juvenile delinquency of China, the reason of juvenile delinquency and the countermeasure of juvenile delinquency.In introduction, the background, the significance and the achievement of relating research are list. Besides, the relating concepts and the meaning of demography's feature of juvenile delinquency are stated.In the present situation of juvenile delinquency, this chapter includes the statement of the number of juvenile delinquency, age of a young who commit a crime, types of juvenile delinquency, forms of juvenile delinquency, methods of juvenile delinquency, means of juvenile delinquency and areas of juvenile delinquency etc.In the analysis of demography's feature of juvenile delinquency of China, this chapter includes the analysis of nine features, for example, age feature, sexual feature, cultural feature, occupation feature, income feature and family feature of juvenile delinquency etc. This chapter is the important part of the thesis. According to the analysis in this chapter, we can know what bring the juvenile delinquency.In the chapter of the reason of juvenile delinquency, the author brings forward many factors which arouse juvenile delinquency from the point of view of society, school and family. For instance, the mixture of different culture makes the moral idea of young departing the normal standard. Due to the burden of job and living, many parents loosen instruction of children. At present, there are some schools whose intention of school education is departing from the correct aim; they put their energy on the score of test, rather than the increasing capability of the student.In the chapter of the countermeasure of juvenile delinquency, the author put forward a series of measures aiming to the reason. These measures are depending on the reasons. Therefore, these measures are reasonable and have feasibility.In a word, this thesis follows to a principle: putting forward a problem, analyzing a problem and solving a problem. The frame is full, the logic is rigor.
