| As an important part of national professional education program, technician education is the main source of providing technicians especially high-level technicians to our country. It's also one of the keys for our country to establish well-being society, speed up the industrialization process and boost up the international marketing competency. Over the years, Shaanxi Technology and Scientific School, as one perfect candidate, witnesses the growing of technician training institutes in Shaanxi Province. Since 2001, this school has been undergoing a lot of changes regarding educational methodologies, scales and management. However, the school has seen more and more problems regarding faculty training and management and that have resulted in severe impacts in realizing school's strategy development goals.This paper is consisting of 6 sections. The first section overviews the purpose of this topic and research methodology to be used; The second section introduces all the related theories used in this paper, specifically theories in terms of requirement, social learning, adult education, learning organization, and training implementation model; The third section describes the current situation of faculties of the school and find out the issues in current training system by using statistic analysis with the survey on the current situation; The fourth section re-designs the training system in Boydell model, redefines the faculty training strategy based on school development strategy, and refines the training system from aspects like requirements, planning, implementation and evaluation; The fifth section discusses the protective measures in the implementation of the newly designed training system; The last section recaps the conclusions and also gives issues on which further research are needed.The research in this paper is not only of practical significance in refines the current faculty training system, but also can be of help in directing all other technician institutes across the provincial to make their faculty training system in a more standard and scientific way. |
