A Research On The Journal Training Mode Of High School Writing

High school writing training is a critical component of Chinese teaching system in China, but it has not developed enough till now. For years, great efforts have been made to find out the most workable writing training mode by many educators and other teaching staff members. Insofar as to results of long term experiment, journal training mode turns out to be a most helpful one. This thesis is about the research on journal training writing mode, in hope of making some progress on the basis of prior findings and making contributions to the high writing training education.It consists of there parts: chapter one is about the problems of writing training in present high school. According to my research, three aspects are in need of being improved. First, no clear overview of writing training and identified teaching objective, fresh air is needed; second, student are in a position of being pushed, and cultivation of their interest in writing has not got enough attention; and third, aged teaching method and writing training mode is thirsty for more creativity with improper commenting on students'works resulting in the neglecting of the pace-setter effect. Chapter two focuses on the elaboration of the journal writing training mode with discussion on what the mode is and its groundings and characteristics. Chapter three is a brief introduction of how I put the mode into practice and the final results I got from the process.At present, the task of critical importance is to work out an effective plan for writing training in high school which is a key point in cultivating student's all-around Chinese capability. Although progress has been made in practicing journal writing training mode, room has been left for further improvement to be made in future, which needs joint efforts from all sides.
