Youth's Success Goal Of Research On The Ideological And Political Education

The youth is the future and hope of motherland," youth is strong, and the country is strong ". Whether can come out of batches of talented persons by education is related to the country's future and fortune. Although current ideological and political education plays an important part in the process of becoming a talented person in youth, there still are some inappropriate points. Therefore ,I study this subject to bring forward the problems affecting youth's becoming a talented person according to investigation ,and proposed countermeasures to make youth ideological and political education adapt to the request of social development , to train a large number of qualified youths who are to build the socialism harmonious society.Talented persons are the persons who can make great contributions to the society .Youth should have good ideological and moral qualities and strong ability, to become talented person socialist modernization needs. So it requests the ideological and political education to guide with new concept, appropriate content and scientific method. However, current ideological and political education exists following tendencies which are harmful to youth's becoming a talented person: attaching importance to social ideal, neglecting the interest of youth; attaching importance to engraft theory, and neglecting equal communication; attaching importance to common character of youth, and neglecting personalities of youth guiding; taking common character seriously , looking down upon personal education; attaching importance to knowledge and ability but ignoring the moral quality . There are two main reasons for it, one main cause is that we do not change our concepts advancing with times to youth ideological and political education; The other is that we fail to explore in depth to offer a set of contents helping youth to become a talented person towards youth ideological and political education. These two reasons lead to that youth ideological and political education do not adapt in content and method. Therefore, we must conduct in-depth and effective improvement in the concept, content and method of ideological and political education in the process of youth's becoming a talented person.During the research to this subject, the author adopted the material analysis method first: I analyzed youth ideological and political education job , then did analysis and synthesis on the material. Secondly I adopted literature research to conduct an objective analysis and research on the experience and lesson of Chinese history, the Communist Party of China party's history and abroad youth ideological and political education. Thirdly I adopted comparative analysis, system integrated approach: reality of young people's ideological and political education is contrasted with the past ideological and political education in history and abroad, so as to summarize those successful and failure experience and lessons, discover the problems existing in youth ideological and political education today and put forward the countermeasures for it.If youth ideological and political education is excepting to play its due role in the new period, we should firstly change concept advancing with the times, adhere to the people-oriented, aiming to promote the comprehensive development of youth and take that youth becomes a talented person really as its goal. For this purpose, we should know and understand youth, make clear that youth becomes a talented person not only be youth's own urgent desire, but also be the needs of social development. Therefore, youth ideological and political education must take that youth become a talented person for its goal .As for content; we should combine society ideal education with individual ideal education, combine theory education with personage model education, ideological and political education with social experience education and innovative education. We also should carry out different education on different type of youth on method, make great efforts to strengthen knowledge contents of ideological and political education, and we need to fully utilize the media to educate youth, mobilize the entire society to care for youth's success.
