Study On The Career Design Taught In Middle Vocation School

The experience and feeling of lots of achievers show that the help and guidance of their schools and teachers on career design always are of importance for their success. The career design is a design of life as well as a choice of destiny, and the modern career design is helpful either for realization of individual aims or, more importantly, for one to know himself better, through which he is able to design his available career.Especially in the era of competition in market with more trained personnel, it's necessary for a person to keep his superior for competition in order to catch the narrow chance, use potential ability and reach the scheduled aim.However, history cannot to be imagined and the passed time cannot come back. Due to the more sophisticated division of work, the price of career re-design is higher, thus the career design which is taught in school, especially in vocational school is escapable. People need reducing hesitation and saving time when facing difficulties with foresighted career design.This essay takes the career design taught in middle vocation school as a case, basing on reality and investigation on school students and teachers, to analyze the influence of students'career designs. Grounding in it, it will draw some conclusions by deductive approach. Though it's not great perfect, but to one extent can provide some clues for others to know more about career design and its possible tendency of evolution.
