| It is required a large number of talents who have innovative spirit and innovative ability for building an innovation-oriented country's strategic objectives which put forward a higher requirements on the management of colleges and universities. How to construct the teacher innovative teaching evaluating indicator system is this thesis's goal which is to promote the development of innovative teaching and to improve the teaching quality and to cultivate creative talents.This thesis have utilized Thinking Ternary Intelligence Theory of Sternberg as the instruction and analysis innovative teaching from three aspects which are training student's critique -analytical thought and the creation - comprehensive thought and the practical - situation thought. This thesis summarized five main characteristics of innovative teaching: emphasizing study based on question; Stimulating students to study initiative; taking exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students as important; training the student to ask the different thought; enhancing the innovative teaching effect with the personification teaching; and from six aspects to explore the innovative teaching reform , this six aspects are teaching idea, teaching content , teaching model, teaching creativity, teaching environment, teaching appraised.The author conducted a questionnaire survey or interview on two university's teachers, students, the alumnus and the administrative personnel and analyzed the president evaluation of university teacher teaching, and some question was found in the progress of evaluation such as students were not very interesting in the evaluation of university teacher teaching; Indicators were not enough to reflect innovative teaching; The handling and using of the result of evaluation is not reasonable; The feedback mechanism is not perfect and so on, so it is not helpful to university teachers innovative teaching.Based on all above, the author restructures appraisal system of the teacher innovative teaching and preliminary design teacher innovative teaching evaluating indicator based on four principles of innovative teaching appraisal, these four principles are the principle of innovation orienting; the principle of combining guidance and encouragement; the principle of information feedback; the principle of integrity development, the author has put the appraisal systems and indicators of teacher innovative teaching into management of H university, and improved the appraisal systems and indicators in order to provides reference suggestion to university establish the teacher innovative teaching appraisal systems. |
