Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Socialization Reform Of Logistics Administration In Colleges And Universities

We have started the reform on the socialization of logistics administration in Colleges andUniversities since November in 1999. Confronted with the further development of the reformon the socialization of logistics during these years, we have to do some even further researchon the relevant theories and practical problems in the field of this reform. On the foundation ofsuch a research, using theories as guidance for practice, effective methods must be found todeepen the reform and development of the socialization of logistics in Colleges andUniversities of our country so as to provide useful reference for the further advancement ofthe reform. The final general goal of the reform is to"generally realize the socialization oflogistics in Colleges and Universities in most parts of our country: build new type of schoollogistics guarantee system with Chinese characteristics which will comply with the feature andmeet the demands of higher education."Starting from this vital task, this article does a deep research on the reform on thesocialization of logistics in Colleges and Universities of our country. Firstly, beginning withthe concept of socialization of logistics administration in Colleges and Universities, itexpatiates the underlying meaning, characteristics and significance of it. Then, it analyzes thestatus quo of the reform specifically and creates condition for the further development of it.This is the most important part of this article. It includes three aspects: one is the mainachievement during the reform, two are the main problems exist in the process of the reform,and three are about the main reasons why those problems exist. Finally is the whole article'sfoundation. Strategy on how to improve the reform is offered on the basis of specific analysisof main problems and the reasons of their existence during the reform.
