Construction Of The Harmonious University Campus Culture

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Communist Party Central Committee put forward the strategic target of constructing the harmonious socialist society, university is an important position for training the constructors and the successors of the socialism business, during building the great practice of harmonious socialist society , university has important mission on promoting the social harmony. University is a necessary part of the whole society system, establish harmonious university campus culture can make perfect cultural atmosphere and formidbal push power for the harmonious socialist society. The aim of this thesis is to provide measures on how to realize the overall harmonious and sustainable development of universities,which will offers intellectual support and talents reserve for the construction of the harmonious socialist society.Firstly the thesis starts from the definition of the harmonious university campus culture, this thesis tentatively sununarize and analyze the definition, functions and basic characteristics of the university campus culture, at the same time this thesis analysis the main contents of the construction of our country's university campus culture in details, and demonstrate the importance of building the harmonious college campus culture on four aspects. And then it pointes out the main problems that exist during the construction of our country's university campus culture, comparing with the charaterristics of the university campus culture which belongs to the developed countries, this thesis gets the conclusion that the construction of our country's university campus culture can not adapt to the rapid development of the current social needs, so , colleges need to strengthen the building of campus culture, to meet the requirements of the times. Finally ,we put forward the main rout to establish the harmonious campus culture and the countermeasures to solve kinds of possible problems,which all,under the principle of combining the realities and the theories,as well as the guidance of the Marxism and Leninism,Mao Zedong's ideology, Deng Xiaoping's theory and Jiang Zeming's three representatives.
