According to the development of higher education in our country, the quality of the high education is getting more and more attention. For realizing the goal of the higher education and achieve the standard of the university education, according to the law of higher education, A basic standards of the quality of higher education should be exist in the evaluation system. The standards can be used to judge if the basic requirements in the law of the higher education is abided. The evaluation and judgment of the higher education will finally carry out on the teaching and learning parts. So , how to intercalate the standards objectively is also an important task.This paper strives to strictly clarify the concept of curriculum standards in higher education. The principle methods used are: a review of the literature, anin-vestigation and analysis of experience, case analyses, comparative analyses. The paper also clarifies the connotations, characteristics, and functions of higher education curriculum standards.This paper strives to strictly clarify the concept of curriculum standards in higher education. Through the research of higher education undergraduate courses standards, I advise that we should establish basal standards of undergraduate courses. After particular research on the undergraduate courses standards and modes of effect intendance, the author design the course standards example, and fiannly discuss some advices about how to make curriculum standards better .The innovation of this paper is that the author clarifies higher education undergraduate curriculum standards, for example, meaning, characteristics, establishment means, ffect supervise and so on. It contributes to farther explore the higher education undergraduate curriculum standards.
