| Education is the foundation of a country’s development,which is closely related to the long-term output of talents.And for a long time,our party and government departments are highly concerned about the progress of all kinds of national education.Under the correct guidance of several generations of leaders,with the full support of enthusiasts from all walks of life and relevant government departments,China has gradually developed a road of education with Chinese characteristics,providing more,better and fairer education opportunities for the people.At the same time,on the road of China’s economic construction,it has also transported a large number of high-quality talents,which has promoted China’s economy The development of science and technology.With the state’s attention to higher education,the investment in higher education funds is growing,so whether the investment in education funds is reasonable use,how to improve the efficiency of the use of education funds is worth exploring.Therefore,the performance evaluation of higher education funding has become the focus of many experts and scholars.How to establish a scientific,reasonable and operable performance evaluation system of higher education funding has become the most important and difficult problem.In this context,the construction of the performance evaluation system of educational funds in Colleges and universities provides a new possibility for the research and practice of the efficiency evaluation of educational funds in Colleges and universities.Based on the research of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this study adopts the methods of literature analysis,investigation,comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation.According to the principles of economy,efficiency,effectiveness and fairness of performance evaluation,and combined with the objectives and characteristics of performance evaluation of educational funds investment in Colleges and universities,it takes the educational funds investment in Colleges and universities as a whole,and the whole evaluation process Based on the improved matter-element analysis method,the system establishes a set of index system suitable for the performance evaluation of educational funds input in Colleges and universities,and uses group decision-making analytic hierarchy process(GAHP)to determine the weight of the index system,so as to reduce the influence of subjective factors and make the results of matter-element analysis more objective and scientific.Finally,a sample is selected to apply the performance evaluation system of educational funds input in Colleges and universities,and the performance grade of educational funds input in Colleges and universities is calculated.According to the analysis above,some improvement strategies are put forward to ensure the rationality of educational funds input performance evaluation results.This study puts forward a performance evaluation system suitable for China’s higher education funding investment,hoping to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the performance evaluation of China’s higher education funding investment and the healthy and sustainable development of universities,so as to make China’s higher education embark on the road of internal development. |
