A harmonious society is the pursuit of the ideal human society. Morality is intrinsic value scale of human life, not only is one of the expressions of human nature, but also is the necessary conditions for the realization of a harmonious society. Moral education is very essential in the development of a harmonious nurturing ethical basis and in the education of main consists of the society. It is also the return of the humanity, which will have more effects on the harmony between people and nature, people and society and people with others.The students in the secondary vocational education schools are the main force of the modernization construction of our motherland in the future, their level of ethics will directly influence the quality of the products and the transformation level of the science and technology, at some degree, and they can even influence the whole development of the national industry. So, to launch the moral education in the secondary vocational school in order to develop the good habits and the characters of the students is very important for the improvement of the quality of the students. It is also very important for the development of the secondary vocational education and the supply of the high-standard workers in all fields.This dissertation consists of five chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the definition of the topic, the range of the study, the background and the significance of the study. The second chapter defines the position of the moral education in the secondary vocational education schools. The third chapter mainly talks about the current status of the moral education in the foreign countries. The forth chapter introduces the task of the moral education in the secondary vocational education schools in our country. The fifth chapter gives the solutions and ways to strengthen the moral education in the secondary vocational education schools during the society transitional period.The innovation of this dissertation is to discover the solution of the moral education in the education concepts, education systems from the current status of the moral education in secondary vocational education, in order to play a better role in the training of the high-quality talents and to meet the objective needs of the development of the vocational education. In the process of researching the concepts and the systems of the vocational education, we need not only to emphases the impartation of the professional skills and knowledge, but also to pay more attention to the moral education.
