In this paper, we mainly research on the following aspects:Firstly, it is the theoretical analysis of the vocational education training mode. The vocational education training play a role as to service the economic and social development, to deepen the educational reforms and to meet the diversified needs of the community. It has mainly the objectives, content, practical and technical characteristics on the vocational education training. With the social progress and development of the vocational education theories, the development of the vocational education training mode emerged the situations such as advocated the openness of the system, paid a Attention on the pluralism of the forms and Stressed that the rationalization of the structures.Secondly, it is the analysis of the problems and the reasons of Hunan Higher Vocational Education Training Mode. With the rapid development of vocational education, Hunan Higher Vocational Education has the issues such as the low social recognition, students inadequate, backward mode of the training, and the main causes of education policy defects, inadequate investment in education, lack of innovation model.At last, we studied on the innovation in countermeasures of the Hunan Higher Vocational Education Training Mode. The innovation of the Hunan Higher Vocational Education Training Mode should choose diversified model, which focus on diversification mode selection, diversified participation in a variety of teaching content and design. And it needs to take countermeasures as strengthening the policy of diversification of supply, to improve the vocational education system reform and investment protection; Innovating the multi-channel mechanism, to build the open pattern of the training School; Implementing a wide range of demand for positioning, to highlight the characteristics of the materials installed of the vocational education.
