Research On The Reform Of Test And Evaluation System Of Higher Education Under The Creative Talents Training Concept

A large numbers of creative talents will be needed in the age of knowledge-based economy.To povide intelligence resource and knowledge support for knowledge innovation and technology innovation,higher education must undertake a greatly historical mission in the new age,so training creative talents is a tactical mission for higher education in all the countries in the world.This article grasps the advanced idea of creative talents training, take the reform of test and evaluation system of higher education as main research content. In higher education, the core question of "innovation" is cultivation of high-quality talents,namely creative talents training. However, test and evaluation system seem double-edged sword, fine test and evaluation system direct impetus and promote the innovative talents' training,unreasonable,unscientific test and evaluation system harm in a big way really, will suppress and hinder the innovative person's raise .This article uses literature review,investigation,comparison and systemic method, takes the innovative talents' training as a main axle, researches and summarizes overseas universities' innovative test and appraisal experience in the foundation of making deep investigation and research on the test and evaluation system's malpractice in current higher education of our country, launches the research with regard to test and evaluation system's reform and the creative talent training's related content of higer education in our country, meanwhile, puts forward some reform proposals.
