A Study About The Implementation Survey Of The Overseas Projects Of Elementary Education In Western China

Overseas and international organization carried out a lot of aid projects in western China, which has accelerated the development of elementary education and nine years compulsory education. In the paper, we use "A Study about the Implementation Survey of the Overseas Projects of Elementary Education in Western China" as its theme and discuss the overseas projects in western China entirely.Firstly, the study introduces implementation survey of the overseas projects, such as World Bank education loan on elementary education in Western China, United Nations subordinate organization's projects, European Union's projects and some developed countries' projects.The study is based on the overall analysis of hardware construction, software construction, "overflow" achievements and propaganda project's experience as "the third eye". Especially, overseas projects make tremendous contribution for promoting education for nationalities and girl in western China.Each kind of question which is in the implementation process of overseas projects has also been analyzed. Such as propaganda dynamics is insufficient, the staff flow frequently, the communication and the conformity is lack between each kind of projects, the control system of funds is imperfect, the personnel training's question is prominent, the project's consolidated work is insufficient, and so on. At last, we proposed the related target-oriented countermeasures in order to implement well for the later overseas project.
