The Performance technology is the Analysis of the organizations and individuals by the systems, the practice and research to enhance the performance in the end, to develop the performance improvement plans and programmes, design the reasonable interventions to develop , implemente the Performance,on the basic of finding the gap between the performance goals ,which is to narrow Performance gap, and eventually realize the performance of organizations and individuals goals.The Performance technology has achieved considerable results to improve the staff"S performance in the commercials, how to Apply it in the field of educational technology in the management of University Teachers is the focus ,Because the teacher of the university is a knowledge-based employees.This paper has introduced the development of the technical performance, the Theoretical foundation and the key elements for the implementation. This paper has analysised the Status , problems and reasons in the Management of Teachers taken Jishou University as an example to make empirical analysis and put forward the programme and design of Jishou University teacher performance support system concept, on the basis of Survey and interviews with teachers.
