Vocational guidance for students is critical to their own future career development prospects. Large number of graduate students at the approach of looking for work or the time when asked the future direction of career development, all is very helpless and at a loss, even if they found work but do not know why to do this job, it is easy to quit. This phenomenon generally appears in all levels of students, from high school, second vocational school to undergraduate, graduate level. In the past the school vocational guidance is limited to the surface some of the biographical notes of production, recruitment of etiquette, open recruitment meetings, provide recruitment information or employment seminars, which is just for employment easy to forget, or introduce the job to the students directly regardless what the students' character is, which don't give the students some guidance from the perspective of the depth and teach students how to conduct self-decision-making. The vocational guidance teachers are a minority to the minority students, which are not able to bring any advantage for students' future career development. Clearly, the school vocational guidance will certainly have some problems. So this text based on questionnaire survey and industry background, the scope of the survey limited to various secondary vocational schools in Shanghai, the subject of investigation is the vocational guidance teachers and senior students. It is from vocational guidance of the purpose of and the guiding ideology, the performers of vocational guidance, the vocational guidance implementation tools, the implementation form of vocational guidance, the implementation targets of vocational guidance and the vocational guidance implementation system on the perspective of six to give proof, and then through the analysis of causes to find the problems of vocational guidance in schools, which proposes a valuable countermeasures and suggestions.
