| In recent years, as the courtry's employment policy adjusts and higher education system reform improves, the employment difficulty of the college students becomes a focus problem to the society. Whether the college student can obtain employment successfully directly affects the development of the higher education and also the process of the reform and opening-up and modernization construction. The employment of college students becomes increasingly severe, facing the double pressure,that is,employment but no choice and no employment at all. There are many factors for the difficulty of college student's employment such as the society economy development, higher education reform and students own conditions.Strengthening ideological and political education in student's employment work has great theoretical and practical significance, which can help students overcome some of the problems in the employment process, so can alleviate some employment pressure. However, recently many universities have ignored the function of ideological and political education and there are lots of problems in ideological and political education during the student's employment wok. With these situation, improving the ideological and political education of college students,advancing with times and innovating and researching the methods of the ideological and political education of college students will help achieve full employment for college student and also have great signifigance for student's full and successful employment, rapid and healthy development of society economy and harmonious socialist society construction.This article first analyze the employment which college student face, combine practical investigation and summerize representation and reasons for the employment difficulity. Then further discuss the signifigance of the ideological and political education of college students, and the current situation also the reason for it. Basing on that, the article set forth several methods of strengthening ideological and political education in student's employment work.
