| The advent of the information age has brought new challenges to the fundamental education in China. Though the traditional way of teaching is still playing a significant role, it has been unable to fully satisfy the needs nowadays, especially after the beginning of this century, China has conducted a new fundamental education revolution, making the exploration on new teaching models surging.Intel ? Teach to the Future program, since officially launched in China in July 2000, has trained nearly 1 million teachers in our country, bringing tremendous impact on our traditional educational concept. However, Intel ? Teach to the Future model, after all, is an external model. Is it really suitable for our situation?Based on the understanding of new curriculum reform essence, the study on Intel ? Teach to the Future model as well as the master of physics, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the Intel ? Teach to the Future model being implemented as one of the carriers for the new curriculum reform, and elaborates specifically on how Intel ? Teach to the Future model can be applied in physics teaching in secondary schools, through the design of specific cases in secondary schools, inspection and analysis of the training on students'various abilities of the model, especially on students'self-consciousness and innovational consciousness.Through the feedback on the mode from teachers and students, we get to know that the model is consistent with the essence of China's new curriculum reform, and thus can be one of the carriers for China's new curriculum reform. Furthermore, we have carefully examined reasonable suggestions from teachers and students, as well as some relevant information, and come out with some proposals on localization of the model in China, especially in rural secondary schools for reference.I believe, if the nearly 1 million teachers who have received the Intel ? Teach to the Future training, working in both developed cities and remote rural areas, could try their best to integrate the advanced Intel ? Teach to the Future concepts, methods and patterns into their day-to-day teaching, then we will be closer to the goal of the new curriculum reform every day, and the take-off of China's education will be just a matter of time. |
