As we all known, college teachers as the important trainer of advanced talent ,college teachers play an important role in the training talent enough to meets the social needs and raising the quality;And the scientific and rational management system of teachers is help of establishing a rational structure, high-quality, high-level teaching and research of University constraction of teacher group. So heightening all teachers quality and perfectting teacher management system are bennificial to college fulfil their duties which include of talents education,science resarchand social service. So this paper introduceed the hitory of constraction of Chinese college teacher,explicated the chance and challenge of teacher management system under the new times,knowledge socialistic ecnomy system and the adjudtment of industrial structure and high education's development.At the same time,we can investigate the age structure,diploma structure,postion structure and science resarch by using investigate question.in the other hand, from this surver we can understand teacher management system such as the recruitment and qualification certificate system, training and retraining, postion appointments, performance appraisal teachers' incentive mechanisms and the building of morality and sample so on. In light of the use of statistical software EXCEL2003 of the survey data on the basis of statistical analysis, according to the actulitie of college teachers' management systen in Guangxi province,this paper discuss a number of measures about how to perfect teacher management system.
