This thesis begins with the research on theory about curriculum management of in-service teacher education from primary school, by learning from the successful experience of abroad, then make a investigation about Shanghai Normal University and analysis the curriculum management , in order to adapt to the needs of the society and by making a combination of theory and practice ,in the end, I propose suggestion on curriculum management of the education of formal schooling of the in-service teaches from primary school.
